What happens when people are given the time and space to really listen to one another? Transformational Circles create an opportunity for people to come together, share their experiences, feel heard and explore new possibilities. Now, there’s an opportunity to learn how to facilitate these powerful conversations through free Transformational Circle Leader Training, starting on 29th September 2026.
The training is designed for people who are interested in bringing others together and creating supportive spaces where people can connect, reflect and grow. You might already have experience working with groups or communities, or you may simply be someone who enjoys listening and helping others feel welcome. No previous experience is required.
What will the training involve?
The programme consists of 12 immersive sessions, giving participants the opportunity to develop practical skills and confidence as a Transformational Circle Leader.
Throughout the training, you’ll explore areas including compassionate listening, facilitation and how to create a safe and supportive environment for meaningful conversations.
It’s not simply about learning how to run a group. It’s about understanding how to hold space for people, encourage connection and help individuals and groups explore positive change.
Alongside the sessions, participants will receive a training manual, access to online video lessons and ongoing mentoring to help put their learning into practice.
Could you become a Transformational Circle Leader?
You don’t need to have all the answers, or consider yourself an expert. What matters is having an interest in people, a willingness to listen and a desire to help create spaces where people can connect.
The training could be particularly valuable if you work with communities, groups or organisations, volunteer locally, or simply want to develop your confidence and skills in supporting others.
The programme is led by Dr Neil Prem and delivered in partnership with Abbey People CIO.
